Mighty Neph, if you have used some mods try to remove them one by one wisely and patiently running the game again and again till you stop getting red colored error messages in the console (I hope you know how to do that). As for Car Transporter you are absolutely right, I used to have troubles with that too, besides cars on the trailer looked off their supposed spots so I just deleted it and still use the rest of the skin pack. I removed just the Car Transporter model and its def files and that was what was apparently causing my crash.
The skins are excellent but the Car Transporter might be a port from an earlier game or might be an entirely new model.
